Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs) play a major role in most economies, contributing up to 60% of total employment and up to 40% of GDP in emerging economies like India. Access to finance is a key constraint to SME growth. Without access to capital, most of SMEs cut down on Training and Development of their employees though investment in training results in higher productivity.

WE BELIEVE Teachers' wellbeing is both an individual and a collective responsibility. It is holistic – and focuses on the spiritual, physical, mental and social wellness of teachers as professionals and as individuals.
