SKILLING RURAL YOUTH OF KHURJA
The seeing-off ceremony of the 2nd batch of trainees of R&R colony was held on 10th August 2023 at R&R colony Jewar.
38 students enrolled for various courses at SDC. More students are likely to join in the coming days.
The buses were flagged off from Jewar by senior officers of Noida International Airport and Sleepwell Foundation.
On arrival, an orientation programme for the newcomers was conducted at SDC and they were shown around the campus to see the facilities and the classrooms where they would undergo the training. The trainees were very impressed by what they saw that would have a definitive positive outcome in their learning. On our part, we too expect these youth, with our training, to become valuable assets to the society and make significant contributions in nation building.
In addition, FREE Bus services is being provided for them.
The Training Programmes are being conducted at the Sleepwell Foundation Skill Development Centre (SDC) in Khurja (U.P.)
Here the youth have the opportunity to acquire new skills. These skills will not only pave the way for a better livelihood but also enhance their Emotional Wellness.
