SDC Organizes Orientation for Sainik School Admission Test Aspirants

SDC recently organized orientation PROGRAMME for aspiring students preparing for the Sainik School Admission Test. Over 50 students and more than 20 parents participated in the session. We eagerly anticipate welcoming more students in the upcoming weeks.

SDC Enhances Student Skills with First Aid Training Led by Armed Forces Veterans

At SDC, we prioritize holistic student development. Recently, we conducted First Aid Training for all students to equip them with essential skills applicable in various settings, benefiting society at large. Kudos to our experienced medical trainers, both veterans from the Armed Forces.

Lt Gen VK Ahluwalia visited the Physical Training session at SDC, speaking to the boys and girls who were working hard in the heat. 5S Implementation gains Momentum at SDC

The sorting process is gaining momentum, with visible results now evident on the ground. We emphasize that this is a continuous effort, encouraging all members to integrate it into their daily routines.

Success in SSC GD Exam

Three of our students qualified for the SSC GD exam this year. We wish them success as they progress to the physical tests. Additionally, more students have joined us for physical test training.

Perfect Success as 48 Students Excel in Paramedical Test

48 students meeting the 75% attendance requirement completed the final exams with a perfect 100% result. Congratulations to our students and trainers on this remarkable achievement!

Infrastructure Expansion to Enrich Student Experience and Capacity

Developmental activities are integral to our growth-oriented organizational model. Recently, we have expanded our infrastructure to enhance our offerings to students. These expansions include new labs for DMLT and OTT, a new office for Staqo, a new beautician lab, upgraded electricity capacity, a grand main gate reflecting our brand, and hiring additional trainers to accommodate more students.

The CCAB Certification Exam Held

The CCAB certification exam, conducted in collaboration with NIIT Foundation, took place this week. A total of 25 students, meeting the 75% attendance criteria, participated. It's encouraging to see young students enthusiastically pursuing successive courses to grasp the fundamental aspects of IT.

National Doctor’s Day 2024 Celebrated at SDC Khurja

In honour of the medical community, the students of the Paramedical Course celebrated National Doctor’s Day 2024 on 1st July, 2024 at SDC Campus. The students offered their heartfelt gratitude to the ‘Heroes in the White Coat’, whose unwavering dedication to healing and saving lives continues to inspire us all.

Tech-Savvy Students Excel in Paperless Paramedical Exams

A total of 78 students participated in the week-long Final Paramedical Exams, which were conducted entirely online. Each day, we observed our students becoming increasingly proficient with technology, resulting in a flawless execution of the exam. Furthermore, being paperless contributed to saving valuable resources.

23 students were awarded Volunteer Certificates for their outstanding contributions to the Medical Camp organized in association with Sharda Hospital Foundation on June 11, 2024. This recognition is expected to boost their motivation and enhance their performance across various aspects of life.

Early Morning Bustle

In the mornings, the campus bustles with Agniveer and other Armed and Police Services aspirants arriving for Physical Training starting at 6:00 AM. Mondays are test days, following Sunday breaks, where students experience rigorous testing akin to final selection processes. Exercise enhances not only physical fitness but also mental acuity and attitude.

NEP New Session

Fresh registrations for new batches from AKP College under the NEP-20 have commenced since last Saturday, and the momentum is building up. Classes are scheduled to commence from April 20, 2024.

SDC Khurja offers infrastructure along with meticulously designed courses and a curriculum recognized by Government Skill Development Missions for integration of vocational education into the Indian education system as per NEP – 20 mandate.

NEP Courses at DAV College, Bulundshahr:

SDC Khurja has signed an MoU with DAV College, Bulundshahr to conduct a Three-Credit course for students in accordance with NEP-20. The first classes commenced on April 4, 2024.
