Sleepwell Foundation conducted a series of Workshops on Perception and Communication for the trainees of Dr. H.J. Bhabha ITI, Mayur Vihar on 3rd April, 12th, 19th, 26th and 3rd May, 2023 in 2 batches respectively. 500 ITI Trainees, both girls and boys participated in these workshops.

These workshops were aimed at equipping the trainees with the right knowledge to develop communication skills which would be useful throughout their professional and personal lives. Many people acknowledge that they have a problem with communication skills but they don’t know how to or from where to begin.

These workshops provide the right opportunities for self-improvement.

The participants, realizing the importance of the subject were active, attentive and engaged resulting in very productive sessions. And from the feedback we received from the participants, it is ascertained that these workshops are indeed making a difference in their lives.

Sleepwell Foundation conducted a series of Workshops on Relationship for the trainees of Dr. H.J. Bhabha ITI, Mayur Vihar on 5th Apr, 24th Apr, 1st May, and 15th May, 2023 in 2 batches respectively. 440 ITI Trainees, both girls and boys participated in these workshops.

The goal of these workshops were to help the trainees understand and handle the different types of relationships like friends, family, teacher, students, loving partner/romantic relationships, etc. which everyone is bonded to and how to nurture these relationships so that they become healthy and pleasant.

The trainees were very energetic and expressed a high level of enthusiasm and were very eager to learn new things.

At the end of these workshops, they gave very positive feedback about the content and context which they felt were very appropriate, relevant and useful, and the learning would definitely improve their lives and their emotional wellness.
