Sleepwell Foundation facilitated an engaging and developmentally appropriate workshop on “Good Touch, Bad Touch” for 112 students of Classes 3 to 5 at St. Marks Global School, Brahmpuri, New Delhi, on 28th July 2025,. The session aimed to raise awareness about body safety, personal boundaries, and trusted relationships.

The workshop commenced with a lively ice-breaker activity, Simon Says, which helped build rapport and gently assessed students’ understanding of body parts. With the help of simple, bilingual communication and real-life examples, facilitators guided children to distinguish between safe and unsafe touch, understand who can touch them and when, and learn how to respond confidently in uncomfortable situations.

Visual prompts and reflective discussions encouraged children to connect emotionally with the topic. A short, impactful Childline (1098) video further reinforced the learning. The session concluded on a positive note, with appreciation from the school principal and enthusiastic feedback from the students.
