Sleepwell Foundation conducted interactive Stop Bullying Workshops under its Proactive Emotional Wellness initiative on 5th August 2025 at Atal Adarsh Vidyalaya, Ansari Nagar, New Delhi, engaging 110 students from Classes 8 and 9. The sessions featured skits, open discussions, and impactful media clips, encouraging empathy, self-awareness, and resilience. Trainers created safe spaces for students to share personal experiences and ask mature, thoughtful questions. The emphasis on cyberbullying struck a chord, revealing students' digital vulnerability and curiosity about responsible online behaviour. Observations underscored the urgent need for schools to integrate emotional wellness into education by building supportive, inclusive environments. The workshops demonstrated that, when given the platform, students are both willing and capable of engaging meaningfully with such vital issues.
