Session - Stop Bullying
Trainer - Ms. Pratima Virwani & Ms. Aastha Kamra
Students - 132

On 13th August 2025, 132 students from Classes 8 and 9 at Atal Adarsh Vidyalaya, Havlock Square, New Delhi, became part of a powerful learning experience—Stop Bullying, an interactive workshop by Sleepwell Foundation under its Proactive Emotional Wellness initiative.

In two engaging sessions, students explored what bullying really looks like—beyond just physical aggression—to include verbal taunts, social exclusion, and the growing threat of cyberbullying. Through skits, open discussions, and emotionally resonant media clips, students not only identified harmful behaviours but also learned how to respond with empathy, courage, and awareness.

A standout moment was the honest sharing of personal experiences, revealing just how real and relatable these issues are. The focus on cyberbullying opened up deeper conversations around digital safety and responsibility.

The workshop proved one thing clearly: when students are given the space to speak and tools to act, they step up—with insight, strength, and compassion.
