664 Drivers participated in the workshops held on 6th, 13th, 20th , 27th April and 4th, 11th, 18th & 25th May, 2024.

These workshops were aimed to address the unique challenges faced by drivers in their profession. Driving can be stressful due to long hours, traffic conditions, and interaction with passengers. These factors can impact drivers' emotional well-being and overall mental health.

By providing such workshops, drivers can learn effective stress management techniques, improve their communication skills, and develop resilience to cope with the demands of their job. This initiative not only promotes a healthier work environment but also enhances road safety by ensuring that drivers are mentally equipped to handle the pressures and challenges they encounter daily.

Additionally, focusing on emotional wellness helps to reduce burnout, increase job satisfaction, and foster a supportive workplace culture where drivers feel valued and supported in their roles.

The workshops proved highly interactive, with drivers enthusiastically participating and engaging in various activities and discussions. Their eagerness to learn and contribute underscored their commitment to improving their emotional well-being and professional skills.

The valuable feedback received from the drivers emphasized the workshops' fulfillment of their expectations. This positive response indicates the success of the workshops in meeting the objectives of enhancing drivers' emotional wellness and equipping them with valuable tools for personal and professional growth.

During the sessions, the trainers demonstrated the importance of staying calm in challenging situations using a simple activity involving a coke and a water bottle. Participants found this activity relatable to their own emotions. The trainers discussed the idea of expressing emotions positively rather than suppressing them. To illustrate this, participants were asked to write down their problems on pieces of paper and place them in a bottle on the table. Some of these problems were then shared and discussed, along with potential solutions.

The workshops concluded with key tips on emotional wellness, supported by relevant examples. Throughout the sessions, participants actively shared their experiences and problems, and trainers provided solutions accordingly.

Overall, the workshops were characterized by interactive discussions and relevant examples tailored to the participants' experiences, making the sessions engaging and effective. The feedback from participants was overwhelmingly positive, indicating the success of the workshops.
