A SERIES OF 10 ONLINE EMOTIONAL WELLNESS WORKSHOPS FOR THE MIDDLE MANAGEMENT OF SHEELA FOAM LIMITED
The Sleepwell Foundation successfully organized a 10-session online workshop series on Proactive Emotional Wellness exclusively for the Middle Management of Sheela Foam. Held every Wednesday from 21st May to 23rd July 2025, between 3:00 pm and 4:30 pm, the series witnessed the active participation of nearly 539 attendees. Sessions were conducted in both English and Hindi by an experienced panel of trainers — Ms. Vickie Rai, Ms. Neelam Agarwal, Ms. Parul Parashar, Ms. Parmeet Kaur Manchanda, Mr. Sachin Chidambaran, Ms. Suminder Kaur, Ms. Veena Aggarwal, and Ms. Simi Hanspal.
The program commenced with an opening ceremony featuring the Sheela Foam Vision Statement by Mr. Dinesh Choudhary, followed by remarks from Ms. Shaili Tyagi and an inspiring address by Ms. Namita Gautam, Managing Trustee, Sleepwell Foundation. Each session began with the Navras video to set the emotional context.
The workshops covered a wide spectrum of topics—Emotional Wellness & First Aid, Gender Sensitization, Effective Communication, Relationships, Domestic Violence, Stress and Anger Management, Coping with Depression, Understanding Addiction, Change Management, and Suicide Prevention. Through interactive exercises, role plays, videos, and discussions, trainers engaged participants in understanding emotions, managing stress, strengthening relationships, and supporting mental health.
The series concluded with a closing ceremony addressed by Ms. Shaili Tyagi and Mr. Rakesh Chahar. Participants shared overwhelmingly positive feedback, appreciating the relevance, practicality, and impact of the sessions, making the initiative a meaningful step toward emotional wellness at Sheela Foam Ltd.
