SOCIAL CHANGE THROUGH EMOTIONAL WELLNESS

Demanding circumstances to score better marks in exams, especially for those appearing the Boards and from pressure and competition from the peer group, family and society creates a state of perpetual tension, both physical and mental to the student causing negative impacts on health and well being, and in extreme cases may lead up to suicidal tendencies.

WE BELIEVE that our students be empowered to help themselves face exam, composed and confident, knowing that marks alone cannot decide their future.

Although it is likely that anyone preparing for exams will experience some stress and anxiety, research has suggested that more and more students may fall into the category of being ‘highly test anxious.' For these students, their levels of stress and anxiety are so high enough that their well being and exam performance can be negatively affected.

We want our students to be emotionally well, even when they don't get the marks they desired, because marks just can't set the future for all their lives
