INTERNATIONAL DAY OF YOGA

Celebrating the 10th International Day of Yoga at Jija Bai ITI for Women, New Delhi, was an event marked by empowerment and enthusiasm. Organized by the Sleepwell Foundation, the day featured a special yoga session attended by 256 young female trainees of the ITI. Renowned global trainers, Mr. Anuj Rana and Mr. Pankaj Rana, led the session, guiding the participants through various asanas.

The theme, "Yoga for Women Empowerment," resonated throughout the lively sessions as the trainees actively engaged and immersed themselves in the practice. The event highlighted the transformative power of yoga in fostering physical and emotional well-being and empowering women to achieve their full potential.

During the yoga session our esteemed trainers, Mr. Anuj Rana and Mr. Pankaj Rana, emphasized the practical significance of yoga in daily life. They elucidated on how yoga asanas are crucial for alleviating common issues such as back pain, muscular discomfort, headaches, and eye strain.
