Sleepwell Foundation conducted an online workshop series on Proactive Emotional Wellness, exclusively for IAS Officers’ Wives Association (IASOWA) and Akanksha Samiti Members. Held every Wednesday from 16th July to 13th August 2025, the five-part series saw active participation from approximately 121 members, engaging in insightful sessions conducted in both English and Hindi.
Each 90-minute session was facilitated by an expert team of trainers, including Ms. Vickie Rai, Ms. Neelam Agarwal, Ms. Parmeet Kaur Manchanda, Ms. Suminder Kaur, Ms. Veena Aggarwal, Ms. Kavita Sriram, Ms. Mamta Vaish, and Ms. Simi Hanspal.
he series commenced with a brief inaugural ceremony, where Ms. Rashmi Singh IAS, President of IASOWA and Ms. Namita Gautam, Director, Sleepwell Foundation addressed the gathering, inspiring participants to make the most of the sessions.
The workshop series covered a wide range of essential topics aimed at fostering emotional wellness and personal growth. These included Emotional Wellness & First Aid, Perception & Gender Sensitization, Effective Communication, Stress & Anger Management, and Relationships.
This workshop series not only provided practical tools for emotional well-being but also fostered a supportive space for participants to share, reflect, and grow. Sleepwell Foundation remains committed to promoting emotional wellness and strengthening community resilience through such meaningful initiatives.
