Sleepwell Foundation conducted a Workshop on Perception & Communication for Teachers and Students of Atal Adarsh Bengali Balika Vidyalaya, New Delhi to empower them with strategies in communication for building better connections with others.

Effective communication is foundational to healthy working and personal relationships. Good communication helps prevent conflicts that may arise in the ambiguity of miscommunication. Learning successful strategies in communication can impact one’s ability to motivate others, have more engaging conversations, share information, and practice more efficient problem-solving.

The workshop was conducted in two sessions — one for the teachers and the other for the students.

The workshop was educational for both the teachers as well as the students as each found its application suitable for their needs.

The Principal, Dr (Ms.) Ritu Gupta was very excited in having the workshop in their premise and encouraged the teachers and also the students to participate wholly and benefit from the learning. The participants had a very fruitful experience which they shared through their feedback.
