Sleepwell Foundation conducted a workshop on Exam Stress Management for students of Classes 9–12 at Atal Adarsh Balika Vidyalaya, Gole Market, New Delhi, on 10th November. A total of 162 Students attended the session. The workshop began with a warm welcome, an overview of objectives, and simple participation guidelines. An engaging ice-breaker followed, where students shared the first word that came to mind when they heard “exams,” helping the facilitators assess their emotional responses.

Through a structured discussion and presentation, students learned about stress, its symptoms, exam-related triggers, and the difference between eustress and distress. Practical tools such as the Traffic Light Model, time-management tips, note-making techniques, healthy lifestyle habits, and mindful social media use were introduced. Real-life exam scenarios and cognitive restructuring exercises helped students replace negative thoughts with balanced, realistic statements.

The workshop concluded with key reminders for effective preparation. Students and teachers appreciated the session and requested more in the future.
