Sleepwell Foundation conducted a workshop on Emotional Wellness for over 100 girl students from various trades at ITI for Women, Tilak Nagar, New Delhi, on January 24th, 2025. The session aimed to empower the girls with strategies to enhance emotional well-being and resilience.

The workshop began with an ice-breaking activity, fostering an open environment for discussions on daily routines, emotions, and stress management. Key themes included communication, empathy, stress management, and setting personal boundaries.

Practical stress-relief techniques, such as box-breathing, were introduced, and personalized guidance was provided. The students learned self-care strategies like exercise, journaling, and time management.

The session was engaging, with students and faculty members showing keen interest. The workshop successfully equipped the girls with tools for emotional well-being, leaving them inspired and eager for more such sessions.
