Sleepwell Foundation conducted an Emotional Wellness workshop at Atal Adarsh Vidyalaya, Sarojini Nagar, New Delhi, on 10 September 2025 for students of Classes 8 to 10. A total of 95 Students participated enthusiastically. The session began with an ice-breaking partner activity involving three-minute conversations that encouraged sharing emotions, followed by an interactive Q&A on lifestyle and stress management. The trainer introduced the concept of Navras through stories and examples, emphasizing the importance of identifying and expressing feelings. Students also received guidance on coping strategies such as exercise, hobbies, journaling, goal-setting, and self-reflection. A demonstration of Box Breathing provided practical emotional first-aid techniques. The workshop concluded with golden tips for maintaining physical, emotional, and mental well-being.

The workshop helped students gain greater awareness of emotional health, empathy, and resilience, because of its practical and engaging approach. Learners were receptive and eager, demonstrating a clear readiness to adopt positive coping skills. Overall, the workshop proved valuable in strengthening emotional resilience during adolescence.
