Sleepwell Foundation conducted an Emotional Wellness Workshop at Noida Kanya Inter College, Bhangel, Noida on 19th September and 20th November 2025, engaging 225 Students from Classes 9 to 12. The session focused on helping students understand their emotions, build emotional resilience, and adopt simple practices to support their mental well-being.

The workshop opened with a reflective icebreaker that encouraged students to share their thoughts, helping them realise how differently individuals experience emotions. A short video, #ReadTheSigns, led to honest and meaningful conversations around loneliness, anger, and the need to acknowledge emotional struggles rather than suppress them. An interactive presentation further emphasised that every emotion has value and that mindful reactions, self-kindness, and the ability to let go can contribute to emotional stability.

The session concluded with a soothing box-breathing exercise, leaving students calmer and more relaxed. The group participated openly, showing curiosity and gratitude. The workshop created a safe, supportive atmosphere that offered students clarity, comfort, and a strong starting point for future discussions on emotional wellness.
