To promote emotional wellness and resilience among youth, Sleepwell Foundation organized an Emotional Wellness Workshop at Guru Gobind Singh Indraprastha University on 30 April 2026. The workshop engaged over 38 B.Ed and M.Ed students along with 8 faculty members in meaningful discussions and practical activities around emotional well-being and stress management. The session began with an interactive ice-breaking Q&A, encouraging participants to reflect on emotions and everyday stress. A thought-provoking video with the message “Not all wounds are visible” sparked conversations on emotional health, followed by discussions on Navras, emotional expression, and the importance of recognizing feelings using a Feeling Chart and relatable experiences. Participants were also guided on balancing emotional, physical, and mental health through practical coping techniques such as grounding exercises, the 4-3-2-1 method, and Box Breathing. The workshop was highly appreciated by students and faculty, with participants showing enthusiasm, openness, and a strong willingness to adopt positive coping strategies, making the session impactful in strengthening emotional resilience.
