An Emotional Wellness Workshop on the theme “Building Emotional Resilience in a Changing World” was conducted at Amity School of Business, Noida, on 2nd April 2026 for 90 first-year BBA students. Two sessions of 1.5 hours each were held, beginning with a welcome by Dr. Nidhi Gupta. The workshop aimed to enhance students’ awareness of emotional well-being, challenge common myths about emotions, and introduce practical self-care strategies. Through interactive activities such as ice-breakers, video reflections, feelings chart exercises, and group discussions, students explored emotional awareness and expression. Key topics included emotional neglect, resilience, and healthy coping mechanisms. A highlight was the box-breathing activity, which students found effective for stress management. Participation was active, especially in the second session, with students openly sharing experiences and reflections. Overall, the workshop successfully fostered emotional awareness, reduced stigma around mental health discussions, and equipped students with practical tools for managing stress and building emotional resilience.
