The Sleepwell Foundation organized a three-session online Emotional Wellness Series for the staff of Sundae Capital Advisors Pvt. Ltd., New Delhi in July 2026. Facilitated by Ms. Vickie Rai and Ms. Parmeet Kaur Manchanda, the programme engaged 76 employees in interactive sessions on emotional well-being, communication, resilience, and stress management, promoting healthier workplace relationships and overall psychological well-being.

The first session introduced participants to the fundamentals of emotional wellness and the importance of recognising emotions before they affect personal or professional performance. Participants learned Emotional First Aid techniques, immediate coping strategies, and long-term resilience-building practices. Interactive reflection activities helped them identify emotional triggers, strengthen self-awareness, and develop sustainable self-care habits, enabling them to respond to challenging situations with greater emotional balance and confidence.

The second session focused on enhancing communication skills essential for building positive workplace relationships and effective teamwork. Participants explored different communication styles, active listening, communication barriers, and the role of verbal and non-verbal communication. Through role plays and experiential activities, they developed practical skills to communicate with empathy, clarity, confidence, and professionalism, fostering stronger collaboration and mutual understanding in the workplace.

The final session equipped participants with practical strategies to manage workplace stress and regulate emotional responses effectively. It covered stress awareness, eustress versus distress, anger triggers, common myths about anger, and the Anger Iceberg Model. Interactive exercises and guided discussions enabled participants to identify underlying emotions, strengthen emotional regulation, and adopt constructive approaches for maintaining composure, resilience, and well-being in demanding workplace situations.
